Building a successful web empire means being visible.
At least if you do it right and it truly is successful!
After all, online – or even just business for that matter – is about being visible, putting yourself out there “on display” so potential customers can find you.
For the heart-centered woman entrepreneur who’s on a mission to change the world, however, visibility is even more important than it is to the Average Joe business owner. Big missions require even bigger visibility!
I recently had a transformational experience with visibility in a New Celebrity photoshoot with my mentor Christina Morassi. It taught me a lot about visibility; how I show up myself, and it also showed me some keys for my clients to help them show up in full visibility in their web empires. My experience was with a photoshoot, but these same principles apply when your experience is with building a web empire.
Are you ready to be fully visible in your web presence? Then follow these tips to start showing up more fully so you shine like the bright beacon you are meant to be to call in your ideal clients.
Tip #1: Your Work Starts Before You Actually Show Up
Being visible starts on the inside, with you. If you’re not ready to show up, if you’re not fully present in the moment in your body, then even though you may technically be on the web, energetically you won’t be present. And when you’re not energetically present you won’t shine!
For my photoshoot, Christina did some movement exercises with us first thing to get us into our bodies and tapped into our essence. Through movement, I was able to shake off, peel off and push away anything that wasn’t in alignment with what I wanted from the experience. It got me right into my body so I was present and tuned in to the source of my creative power.
Because I did the work beforehand, I was tapped in, tuned in, turned on to who I really am and when it came time to step in front of that camera it felt completely natural to be seen and to show up fully in all my glory!
How can you prepare to show up and shine bright, how can you get into your body and your essence so that it’s natural?
Tip #2: Tune in to What Wants to Come Through
You’ll get the very best results when you take the time to tune in and identify what wants to come through in this experience. You may have specific results that you want from your web empire, or maybe you know you want to show up in a certain way, or to emphasize a certain aspect of who you are.
Whether you already know what you want from this experience or not, I invite you to tune in to your inner Goddess, tap in to that place inside you where all your brilliance, knowingness and power lies. And just ask what WANTS to come through in this experience. It may be the same as what you had already identified, or it may be something new that you hadn’t even thought of yet.
Then be open to how that is going to come through and show up for you.
When I tuned in before my photoshoot, wondering what wanted to come through that day and what theme wanted to reveal itself in my photos, raw sensuality was the phrase that came to me. I had no idea what that was going to look like, or how I could bring that through, but it turns out, I didn’t need to know! Because I was willing and open, it happened very naturally.
It was already wanting to come through, and my inner Goddess knew how to do it, I just had to be open and willing to let it happen through me.
How can you practice tuning in to what WANTS to happen?
Tip #3: Surround Yourself with Over-the-Top Support
This work of being visible and showing up fully simply cannot be done alone. It’s not easy, it can kick up all kinds of old beliefs and patterns, and it can be downright scary to put yourself out there to be seen in a bigger way. And it’s absolutely vital that you have the right support through the process.
Surround yourself with people who can see your big vision (even when you lose sight of it), who believe in you 1000%, and who want to see you SHINE BRIGHT.
It might be a business coach, your best friend, your mastermind partners, or that favorite aunt who always saw your potential and knew you could be anything you wanted. Whoever it is for you, make sure you surround yourself with people who will help you succeed, who will push you to be all that you can be, and who see your potential and won’t let you settle for less.
When your shit comes up, use your support system to help you get through it so that it doesn’t hold you back in any way.
I had a whole team supporting me during my photoshoot experience, and it made a world of difference! From hair and makeup, to the photographer and my business mentor, to photo assistants, everyone was there to make sure that I got what I needed and was supported in every way so that I could show up fully.
And let me tell you, it feels amazing to be so fully supported, taken care of, fussed over, and even pampered. It nourished me and gave me the strength I needed to show up and be seen, without having to worry about all the little details needed to make it happen.
Who is your support system, and how can you surround yourself even more with the support you need as you step out to shine?
Tip #4: Celebrate Your Gorgeous Self
As you step into more visibility, and expand into more of who you are becoming, that next version of you, it’s very important to celebrate your awesomeness. Acknowledging and celebrating who you are and how you’re showing up will help it to integrate so that it truly becomes a part of who you are now.
If you don’t celebrate it, it may still be great but it won’t sink in and you won’t own it as fully as you will when you celebrate it.
And taking this one step further, it’s vital to surround yourself with people who will also celebrate you! Especially when you’re putting yourself out there in a big way, getting out of your comfort zone and letting the real you out, you need to be surrounded by people who will celebrate that transformation and celebrate who you are.
This one my biggest take away from my photoshoot experience. When I unleashed my raw sensuality on camera, everyone in the room was cheering me on and celebrating that part of me. And because it was welcomed and celebrated, it was so much easier for me to stay in that space and really let my sensuality shine.
And when I was able to look at the pictures and celebrate myself and my own fabulousness, that took it even deeper and really put it into my bones. Now whenever I think about the experience, or look at the photos, I know that’s who I am and I know it’s amazing. I really own my greatness because I took the time to celebrate it, embrace it, welcome it.
How can you celebrate your gorgeous self more, and who can you hang around who will also celebrate you and who you are becoming?
Tip #5: Take Time to Integrate the Transformation
Being visible and showing up as the bright, shiny, amazing Goddess that you are is an incredibly transformational experience. And just like with any transformation, it needs to be integrated into who you are for it to truly change you.
Giving yourself the time and space to integrate, to learn from the experience, celebrate it, and let it become a part of you is a step that we so often miss because we’re in a hurry to get to the next time. I invite you, as you’re stepping into more visibility in your web empire, make sure you’re taking the time to integrate, to let it all become a part of you. Take time to stretch and grow into it, so that you don’t just snap right back to where you were before.
To me, integration looks like really taking care of myself. Long relaxing baths, sleeping in, gentle walks, journaling, and anything else that gives me the space to process and take very good care of myself. This helps me to reflect on what I’ve experienced, to find those nuggets that I learned, to start to feel into how this experience will change how I do things going forward.

Building your web empire is a great way to practice visibility, to start getting more comfortable with being seen. And when you keep these tips in mind throughout the process, it will help you to expand into even more and to shine even more brightly when you’re in the online spotlight.
